Kisco on Tuesdays  4/24 & 5/1 7:30-9:30pm.  These evenings are sure to be relaxing, insightful and delightfully aromatic!  Essential oils have shown to be helpful with easing stress, headaches & trouble sleeping.  Aromatherapy can support your children to wind down and relax .It helps boost the immune, respiratory & circulatory systems.  It can help achieve balance and shift your moods - we can all use a bit of that! Led by Karin Floh-Elias, a Nationally Certified Holistic Aromatherapist who trained at the Aromahead Institute, FL. She teaches massage at the Mt. Kisco annex of the Finger Lakes School of Massage. She also earned a degree in Modern Dance and Creative Movement from the Vienna Conservatory in Austria. In her private practice, Karin combines her expertise in Swedish, Shiatsu, Reflexology & Thai massage with the healing properties of essential oils. She creates personal blends for her clientele, and offers her self-made body products.
