So you want to go green. Are you any good at it? Do you know how to do it in fact!   1. Light bulbs. Change all the light bulbs in the house for energy saving models. After the initial outlay you will see a reduction in your energy bill long term, and the planet will benefit too.
  2. Paper goods. Switch tissues for cloth hankies and paper towels for tea towels in order to save paper. Make notes on your PC instead of a notepad and recycle any waste paper you generate.
  3. Cleaning products. Finish off all the products you have on the go and then start again with a range of eco-friendly alternatives.
  4. Charity shops. Have a good rummage through your bedroom furniture, garages and kitchen cupboards for unwanted items and give something back to the local community.
