It always seems impossible until it's done.- Nelson Mandela
Since my childhood, I have always been competitive when it came to studies, sports, activities etc. I tried to read everything I could, so, nobody could say I didn't have knowledge on a topic. Thankfully, this competition was never with others. This is why I never felt jealous or became stressed if somebody did better than me. I was always curious what they did to achieve that level of excellence.
But it has always irked me sometimes that I don't seem to be getting rid of that competitive behavior. You will find me sitting in a corner with a pen and paper, solving a riddle or analytical equation that I received on Whatsapp. Mind you, I don't even Google to check the answers. I consider it cheating. But I want to be at peace with the fact that I don't know a few things and it's fine.
It is okay not to know everything!
But it is always a good idea to ensure our body and brain exercise regularly. While workout for body muscles is easily followed, brain workout is ignored. Our brain is already habitual of over-thinking, analysing things which are not important. This is why learning a new language, an art form, writing with left hand (in case you use right hand) or vice versa etc. are said to enhance the the brain. Mind you, these activities also enhance the intuition, awareness and awaken us. As Law of Attraction is alwasy active in our lives, I intended to find an app that can help me exercise my brain muscles. I intended and let it go. I have realised that things are delayed when I actively look for something. Lo and Behold, as I am scrolling through Instagram; I see this app called PEAK. I installed it immediately to see if it is interesting to keep me glued to it.
