I think many of you will know how there will be abundance of fruits when we have one guest after the other in our homes. That is what is exactly happening here and I am in dizzying supply of apples in my fridge.Though I feed my daughter 1/2 a mashed apple daily,I wanted to use the apples faster before they lose their life. ( I have no cue why everyone is bringing apples.why not mangoes !?! ) :). As we don't like plain apple juice that much I tried this combination of plums + apple and it worked just perfect.First I wanted to make it as a lemonade,but soon realized plums provided that tartness.
This is a very very easy to make juice with such a refreshing taste.Try for yourself and you will be left wanting more :)
Ingredients:
1 apple peeled,cored and chopped
6-7 plums,peeled and pitted
Sugar or honey
Mint leaves (optional)
Method:
First blend chopped apples and plums with required amount of sugar or honey,then add two cups of water and mix well.Serve cold. Garnishing optional
Time:15 minutes
Serves:3
