Apple and Brie Popovers

By Veronica46

These scrumptious Apple and Brie Popovers are best served hot from the oven.

I think popovers are magical. How is it that you combine milk, eggs and flour and make a popover?

What makes them puff so high?

It is magic, magic I tell you.

Generally I love to make these plain and slather them with strawberry jam. Today though I added my favorite combination, apples and brie cheese.

They are fantastic together and perfect on a toasted sandwich. You think that sounds great, they are sublime mixed in with these popovers.

Honest, these are easy to make as long as you make sure your pan is screaming hot and your mix is kind of frothy.

Oh yeah, and do not forget, no matter how bad you want to, do not open that oven door.
