Ok, so I have been dying to post about this app, it is my favorite video app on android (available on iPhone too).
The app allows you to record video with several effects, filters and masks. By far the best is the 8mm mask, see example video below (my other favorite thing, my space invaders alarm clock).
It is well worth trying, there are free versions on both Android and Apple. But, only let you record in low res.
