It was august 1942.Gandhi, his wife,Kasturba,and some others were imprisoned at the Aga Khan's palace near Pune,after the quit India struggle.Their stay was to be a long one,and the rainy season kept them indoors.A table tennis club was planned, and Gandhi and his wife were to inaugurate it.Ba and Bapu stood at either end of the table,racquet's in hand.Ba served first,and the ball bounced promptly on to Bapu's bald head!
