Amarnath Trekking

Amarnath Trekking Amarnath Cave which is located at an elevation of around 3888 m is amongst
the most designated and celestial trekking as compare to all excursions that trail within and across the dale of Kashmir. The virtue of divinity that dominates the entire journey of 5 days would allow adventure lover to understand the status of religious potency and topographical phenomenon which in turn would make your journey amazing and astounding. 

Trek to Holy Amarnath Cave 

Trek to Amarnath reflects the potential of an ardent trekkers and if you are doing this for a first time than you will find the hard times to walk through those rough terrains that runs uphill towards the beauty of mountains and Amarnath Cave. Traveler before trekking the site should be aware of the difficulty levels and to avoid the same the guide or a porter is necessary. 

Day 01: Srinagar Airport / Jammu Railway Station – Pahalgam

Day 01 starts with your arrival at Srinagar Airport or Jammu Tawi Railway station where you will meet your trek and tour representative before driving the distance of Pahalgam which is located at a stretch of around 87 km and would take approximately 1 and half hour to reach. After reaching here trekkers would run to their respective hotels where they would call of their day. 

Day 02: Pahalgham - Chandanwari – Sheshnag 

Day 02 starts with the breakfast and then trekkers would board the cab to reach Chandanwari which is located at an elevation of around 2896 m. After reaching here trekkers can take a breather for a while before trekking the distance of Shesnag which is located at a distance of around 13 km from here. 

The trekking trails towards Sheshnag which would take around 6 hours to complete would pass through the brilliance of Pissu Ghati and then you would climb further to reach Sheshnag Lake. After reaching here traveler would call of their day before traveling the site of Panchtarni – Amarnath.

Day 03: Sheshnag - Panchtarni - Amarnath – Panchtarni

Day 03 starts with a quick breakfast and then they would prepare their mark to reach Panchtarni which is located at an elevation of around 3657 m and the trekking trail that passes through the glory of Mahagunas Pass would lead you straight to the brilliance of Panchtarni. 

From here trekkers would climb an uphill to reach Amarnath Cave which is located at a distance of around 6 km from here and to reach the same traveler would require trekking for around 4 to 5 hours. After reaching here trekkers would take a moment to stroll around the divine ambience of Amarnath stream and from here they would stroll down to Panchtarni where they would set their camp to spend their night.

Day 04: Panchtarni – Baltal

Day 04 starts with the trek towards Baltal which is located at a distance of around 6 km from the holy cave of Amarnath and to trek the same distance trekkers would have to walk for 4 hours. After reaching here traveler would spend their night at camp to call of their day.

Day 05: Baltal – Srinagar

Day 05 starts with a morning ride towards Srinagar by taking a route that passes through the beauty of Manas Bal Lake, Khear Bawani Temple and after you reach here you would travel down to Srinagar airport or Jammu Tawi railway station to call of their trekking session.
