IntroductionThe tidal wave of our culture is acidifying. Convenient foods are causing acid to accumulate in our bodies. Meat, eggs, dairy and non-sprouted grains are a mainstay in convenient foods. If you eat only convenient foods, then you will have an acidic body; if you continue to take pharmaceutical remedies then you are likely acidic. There is a door to walk through the acidic tidal wave of our culture – it is your choice. Choosing foods to save your life is easy. Eat as if you were dropped off on Earth with its natural resources. Ignore so called convenience foods, and find natural remedies to most or all your ailments. You will find abundant energy within you. This book is meant to show you how to make beneficial foods convenient.
Eat to live easier! Gain positive nutritional energy and minimize acid with alkalizing foods. Recipes created for this book are delicious and alkalizing. Take small steps. First, try to limit and watch sugar intake. Take in less each day by choosing products made with Stevia, Agave Nectar, Sucranat, Mollasses, Pure Maple Syrup, or Evaporated Cane Juice. These sweeteners are derived from plants instead of chemicals and refining treatments. When you are sugar free, you will be ready to let go of breads that are not from a sprouted grain. You can find Sprouted grain sandwich bread, hamburger buns, hot dog buns, and tortillas in the freezer of most grocery stores that carry natural foods. Step three; limit your meats and sweets. Every time you add something acidic add two alkalizing items into your diet. Enjoy taking the list of alkaline foods and familiarizing with it intimately. Know that acidity is easier in the short run and takes years off your life. Crave vegetables, sprouted grains and sprouted beans and eat little of everything else.
Be yourself, as you are. Let’s go to a healthier place in our lives. Let’s furnish a pantry in our home, where our children take refuge and become strengthened. We hold our ourselves and children up to a higher standard, and we support a positive diet with encouragement.
