Akothee’s monthly expenditure on beauty is more than the average salary of ordinary Kenyan. The sum would even be more if she was doing makeup.The mother of five has shared a breakdown of her monthly spending on beauty, she spends at least Kes 84,000 a month to look beautiful.

The breakdown

1 year of no make up, I don’t miss lipstick nor foundation , I only need facial every week , @6500 so for 4 weeks = 24,000 , nails 2 times a month 16,000
Lashes 3 times a month 20,000
Hair 4000 , I do it 3 times a month 12,000
Pedicure manicure 3000 I do it 4
times a month =12,000
This are calculations I have never sat down to do the math
