On arrival I was shown into the relaxation room as I was early and was told to help myself to any of the food and drink that was laid out on the side. After about 5/10 minutes the therapist came in, introduced herself and took me into the changing room where she gave me a robe and slippers to change into and a locker to use.
The Deep Tissue Massage lasted an hour (you can also get 30 minutes, 45 minutes and 1 hour 30minute massages) and was a little bit painful in places as I was expecting. Saying that I could literally feel the tension in my muscle releasing and afterwards I felt so relaxed. The woman started on my back, neck and shoulders before moving on to the legs, feet and arms.
All the staff were really friendly and professional. I felt very calm and relaxed whilst I was there and would not think twice about going again. It was such a pleasurable experience.
An hour long Deep Tissue Massage cost £95 and Ajala Spa do lots of different treatments too. I would recommend checking it out.
*The Massage from Ajala Spa was complimentary. All opinions are my own.
