A Very Paleo Holiday: Day 3

From December 19 – 31, I am documenting my nearly Whole 30 compliant (Hence the title, “A Very Paleo Holiday”) adventure through the holiday season. You’re going to hear from me each day on how much sleep I got, what I did, what I ate, how I’m feeling, and anything else I feel like throwing into the daily recap.

Sleep
5-6 hours of fitful, restless, dream-filled sleep.

Activity
CrossFit, where we did pull-ups (which I am terrible at) followed by 20 seconds of work / 10 seconds of rest of wall ball shots, double unders, ball slams, and more double unders.  Worked for the standard 8 hours, but it was a walk in the park tonight – didn’t even break a sweat!

Food
Breakfast: leftover frittata and banana
Lunch: small Greek salad with chicken breast
Pre-Gaucho: Chocolate Muscle Milk; small apple
Dinner: handful of grapes, 6 oz. chicken, 2 Medjool dates

Mood
Today, I feel as if I have lost the ability to experience emotion.  If you can make me laugh – or cry – I will thank you for it.
