A Very Medieval Weekend

By Mollyfergurson @mprettystylish
This weekend was packed full of events. Saturday morning I was up early to attend a brunch for fashion bloggers hosted by Neiman Marcus (More on that to come). I even found my next Fall purchase, an amazing cape by Rachel Zoe.
Saturday night was a perfect night for a BBQ with friends and some Skinny Girl Margarita's. I experimented with my first potato salad recipe and it was a hit!
Sunday was my mom's birthday and she thought it would be a fun idea to try Medieval Times. We all had a great time and even though I was skeptical about eating a chicken leg with my bare hands.....the chicken was pretty tasty.

My potato salad was a hit! I used a recipe from Whole Foods. Added extra herbs, a tablespoon of dijon mustard, and a handful of scallions to the original recipe. It's Gluten Free!!Whole Foods Best Basic Potato Salad
