During a period in my life when I had nothing to wear (and I say this often), this kimono – directly translated as “a thing to wear “- was my savior. I was perusing through the mall in my usual critical state when the winter season is over, when this piece was literally thrust upon me by my sister. I’ve always loved the commercial kimono but I never thought I could pull it off. With some nagging and dragging me to the clerical aisle, I succumbed to her ways by begrudgingly swiping my debit card. Its safe to say it won me over.
