Adding citrus fruit to your diet is a simple and flavorful way to help. Not only is it a great source of vitamin C, something we can all use during flu season in particular, but it is also high in fiber and packed with other nutrients like potassium, folate (iron), calcium, B6 and has no fat, sodium or cholesterol!
