A Man's Perspective on Women and Makeup

Are you a woman who is struggling to find a makeup approach that attracts men? I've talked to a lot of women who suffered from this problem in the past. That's why I think it's a good idea to give a man's perspective on makeup. While I'm no makeup expert, I know what I like and know that many men agree with me.

Too Much is Off-Putting

One problem that I've noticed is women putting on way too much makeup. This mistake is something I've mainly seen in very young women. They either don't understand how to put on makeup properly or think that excessive makeup is attractive in and of itself. To many younger men, this is probably the case. I know I fell for it at first.  As men get older, they understand more about women and where their beauty lies. They know it's not within a gaudy personal exterior. Instead, they know that a woman's natural beauty lies in her personality and her heart. Enhancing their outer appearance with very light makeup shows that they are confident about who they are as a person, rather than desperate to attract attention.

Skilled Makeup Application is Very Attractive

Having said that too much makeup is a “turn-off,” I have to confess that skillful makeup application is very appealing. A woman who knows how to highlight her natural beauty with skilled makeup application is one that will gain the attention of just about any man. The key to my attraction is that the makeup appears subtle and as well-integrated as possible.  Why do men love subtle makeup? I can't speak for every man on the planet, but I like light makeup because it doesn't overpower a woman's natural look and beauty. Yes, as a young man I was attracted to excessive makeup because I didn't know any better. Now, I do. A Man's Perspective on Women and Makeup

The Best Places to Add Makeup

When assessing the best places a woman can add makeup to her face, I've found that there are a few areas I love. In my honest opinion, the best places that a woman can add makeup to her face include the: Eyes Cheeks Lips Area underneath the ear When I look at a woman who has applied skillful makeup, I see an artist who has worked hard to look great. She is highlighting areas of the fact that are often darkened by shadows or which have aged slightly. By adding makeup to these areas of the face, she enhances her natural beauty in ways any man can appreciate. I know that I do. I Hope This Information Helped  When reading through this article before posting it, I find myself hoping that my advice has helped. Obviously, women are the real makeup experts between the genders and know more about it than any man could ever express. But I think that a man's perspective can help them understand what we are looking for when it comes to makeup.  I hope that any woman who has read this content now has a better understanding of what men appreciate with makeup.
