A Little Mid-Winter Texture

By Suma @ThFabJunkie
Hey Loves,
I notice I have been speaking about the (crappy) weather lately....A lot. Which needs to now, STOP! Let's talk textures, patterns and everything fun from now on. Maybe if we ignore it, it will go away? So on that note, I had the wonderful opportunity to shoot with an incredible photographer the other day. The first thing I knew I wanted to wear was my KAS New York Tartan shorts.
If you follow me on Instagram and Twitter then you would have seen, a few months back I mentioned that I was "taking over" KAS New York showroom down in the garment district. I literally had the WHOLE showroom to myself. I was able to check out their current line and some of their resort collection and I totally fell in love. The prints, patterns and textures were perfect for my Gypsy personality. I was able to take a few pieces home with me so I  could style them with my current wardrobe. Finally, I had the time to put something together! The shorts were the FIRST thing I grabbed. I love anything high-waisted and the plaid pattern is perfect for this time of year!

The wonderful brand can be found on Bloomingdales.com and on Anthropologie's website too! You can also check out their site at kasnewyork.com

Here are some highlights from their showroom! It was so much fun to go through all the racks and put random outfits together. A lot of the stuff was a sample size, so some things wouldn't fit unless I was a size -0 BUT the stuff that did fit, was perfect.
