She is about to wake up from her nap, but I wanted to share a quick recipe with you! It's easy, delicious, and healthy enough to have for breakfast, a snack, or dessert! 

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
5 Ingredient Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes
Serving size: 18 cookies

Ingredients:
  • 2 large ripe bananas mashed
  • 1 1/3 cup gluten free oats
  • 3 tbsp of peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp of PB2 Powder
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 35 degrees F. Spray cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir until well mixed.
  3. Spoon dough onto cookie sheet.
  4. Bake in over for 15 minutes or until golden brown
