She is about to wake up from her nap, but I wanted to share a quick recipe with you! It's easy, delicious, and healthy enough to have for breakfast, a snack, or dessert!
Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes
Serving size: 18 cookies
Ingredients:
- 2 large ripe bananas mashed
- 1 1/3 cup gluten free oats
- 3 tbsp of peanut butter
- 3 tbsp of PB2 Powder
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 35 degrees F. Spray cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir until well mixed.
- Spoon dough onto cookie sheet.
- Bake in over for 15 minutes or until golden brown
