5 Amazing Apps to Help You Manage Your Life

Do you ever feel like your life is all over the place? Like there is just so much to do and to remember?

I mean, it can’t be just me, can it?

There’s work, home, kids, pets, errands, appointments …ugh!

Luckily, there’s technology to the rescue! Okay, lame superhero pun aside, technology, specifically apps, freakin’ rock. I personally have an addiction to my smartphone, so why not use it to help keep my life organized? Here are some of my favorite apps that help me (and you!) manage life.

Dropbox

I love Dropbox. It’s a basic file storage, cloud hosting service, but I use every day.

I have Dropbox on my home computer, my phon, and my laptop. For work, I save all my files to folders in Dropbox, and Drobox will automatically sync between all my devices. I can access any of my docs where ever I am, and it will be up-to-date. I don’t have to share my docs with anyone else, but it’s great tool if you have a team of people that need to access the same documents.

I also have my phone set up to automatically send all the pictures I take to a Dropbox folder for immediate cloud storage. I have this fear of losing all the pictures of my kids, so Dropbox helps give me peace of mind. You could even use this to share pictures with others. They just need to be able to access your Dropbox folder.

Cozi

Another app I use daily. It’s a calendar/to-do list designed to help families stay organized. With one app, you can manage multiple schedules. Input everyone’s appointments, lessons, activities and more, so you always know what everyone has to do each day.

Cozi allows you to create calendar reminders so you never forget a thing. Like Dropbox, Cozi syncs your computer and your phone app, so you always have the most current information.

You can also create to-do lists for each person, shopping lists, recipe lists and more.

Must Have Apps

Evernote

If you need to take notes, Evernote is for you.

If you’re ever hit with inspiration while on the go, Evernote is perfect for you.

If you need to organize photos, notes, and even receipts, Evernote is for you too.

Seriously, this app helps you manage everything. Record handwritten notes, from the Internet, manage images. Create different notebooks to sort all your different notes. Save business cards, recipes and just about anything else. Everything you save in Evernote is taggable to make it easy to find later.

LastPass

For those of you who have tons of passwords to remember, LastPass can help. This app remembers all your passwords … so you don’t have to.

How does LastPass keep your info safe? The app is password protected, so you do have to remember the password for it. But remembering just one password over a bazillion is much easier.

LastPass does more than store passwords. You can also use it to store notes for different accounts and information like your name and address.

Grocery iQ

I now use Cozi to keep my shopping lists, but this is like the shopping list from Cozi … on steroids. It does much more than a basic shopping list app does. Scan items, customize categories, add details like quantity, price and more.

Grocery iQ also has auto suggest with millions of items. You can integrate your coupons and make lists for multiple stores. Grocery iQ also syncs among multiple devices so you can easily send your grocery list to family members, you know, so they can do the shopping for you.

Do you ever have trouble keeping track of everything? Appointments, lists, notes? With the help of these apps, you can easily get organized and get it all done.
