Who doesn't like eating out? Of sure many prefer to eat out either street food or restaurant once a week. After reaching home or the next day have you ever experienced stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea? This is when you realize you have had food poisoning. There are some home remedies to treat food poisoning naturally and you must first try them at home before consulting a doctor.
Symptoms of food poisoning

When you eat toxic food, this would lead to food poisoning. The symptoms due to foodborne illness remain:
* Abdominal cramp
* Fever
* Loss of appetite
* Fatigue
Home remedies to treat food poisoning
1. Lemon Juice

Take a half lemon, extract the juice and mix it with a glass of water. Add some honey to it for flavor. Drink the juice 2 to 3 times daily. Lemon juice is packed with antioxidants and would help to combat bacterial pathogens responsible causing food poisoning. Lemon juice is good enough to recover fast.
2. Garlic with honey

Take 2 or 3 peeled garlic cloves and crush them. Put the crushed cloves in 2 tbsp honey. Consume garlic at least once daily with the honey. Garlic has antifungal properties which can completely destroy foodborne pathogens. Garlic honey combination is good enough to relieve diarrhea and stomach pain.
3. Ginger with honey

Take one or two inches of ginger and put them in water and bring the water to boil. Let the water boil for 3 minutes and then strain. Allow the water to cool a little before adding honey to it. Consume it immediately. You can also chew a small piece of ginger to get relief from vomiting. Drink the tea at least thrice daily to get quick relief.
4. Apple cider vinegar

Take two tbsp of apple cider vinegar and add to 1 glass of warm water. Mix well and drink immediately. You must drink this at least 3 times daily.
Apart from these remedies, you must avoid eating fried foods, dairy products, spicy foods, and processed food items. However, if the condition is still severe, you might need medical attention.
