Wouldn't it be nice to have perfect skin, without having to do anything? For most of us, that is just a pipe dream. Luckily, even if we do have some skin issues, there are products out there that will help us deal with them.

Dry skin can be a problem for a lot of different people. Before we go on to products that can treat this, remember that there are some changes that you can make to help with this problem. Things that you can do to minimize the chance of drying out your skin include turning down the temperature in your bath and shower. That's right a hot bath can dry your skin out. Try a lukewarm bath or shower and use a product that returns the moisture to your skin like a Sanex shower gel with these mitts from thermalabs. Next, watch out for skin drying weather. The winter months can be particularly problematic for this. In the winter, we have the central heating on more, which can be drying to your skin. Then there is the contrast between being in a warm house and going outside into the snow, sleet or rain. This transition can chap and dry your skin. Make sure you keep to your moisturizing regime in winter and use additional products like this protective lip balm. Try to have the central heating on a little less too.

Ageing skin age comes to us all and of course, we cannot slow it indefinitely. However, there are things that we can do to minimize the effects of aging on our skin. Eating healthily, drinking enough water and exercising are all good ways of keeping your skin as healthy as possible. If you have particular concerns about the effects of the aging process on your skin, speak to a provider that offers a cenegenics program. These programs can help you manage age ageing-related symptoms and maximize your health as you get older. Product wise a great product for ageing skin is L'Oreal's Age Perfect advertised by Helen Mirren. It's designed to replenish some of that youthful glow!

Some people are unlucky enough to have to deal with oily skin. This can be problematic as it can cause blemishes and shine. The upside is oily skin does tend to age a little slower. If blemishes are a problem, I would like to suggest you to try a product like Michael Todd Charcoal Detox Deep Pore Gel Cleanser designed specifically to remove impurities. If shine is an issue why not use a fine matte powder to absorb the oil?

If you suffer from blemishes like blackheads or acne, it can be tough. You can use products like blackhead removal strips, a removal tool or a home remedy. There are over the counter products available for the management of acne, but you may also need treatment from the Doctor. Make sure you get an appointment before treating it yourself. If you suffer from acne scars, you may want to use a camouflage cream such as this veilcover cream. This is a high pigment cream, designed to hide any scars.
