I can’t think of any worst habits that I have except for one:
Feeling the strands of my hair for curly or dead hair then I’d pull it. Sometimes I tend to do that a lot that every strand I drop, accumulates on the carpet already. But don’t worry, I pick those up afterwards anyway. LOL!
