♡ Sitting up straight
Whenever I sit, I try to sit up straight although there are times when slouching just feels good. LOL But sitting up straight has a lot of benefits like increased concentration and thinking ability and less health complications (back pain, etc.).
♡ Trying to eat as much fruits as I can
I don’t like veggies so I try to eat as much fruits as possible.
♡ Getting 8 or more hours of sleep everyday
Yes! I get 8-10 hours of sleep everyday! I’m really happy that I don’t have insomnia or any problems with sleeping. I sleep around 10 to 10:30 pm and wake up around 7:30 to 8 am.
