3 Minute Chocolate Cupcakes

  1. 125g softened butter
  2. 1 & 1/2 cups flour
  3. 1 cup sugar
  4. 3 eggs
  5. 1/2 cup milk
  6. 4 tsp baking powder
  7. 8 tsp cocoa powder
  1. Preheat oven to 180 deg C.
  2. Place all ingredients in to a dish.
  3. Beat on high for 3 minutes.
  4. Scoop into cupcake cases.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
  6. Remove from pan.
  7. Leave to cool.
  8. Top with your favourite topping.

For a quick, easy topping

  1. Make up a ganache by melting a 90g slab of chocolate, then slowly add in either fresh cream or tinned cream ( nestle cream ) till you achieve the desired consistency. Spread on to cuppies using a knife.
