On my first indie film review, I'm going to talk about this brilliant film, "20 Something" which has already  received 3 Awards and featured in 2013 Sundance Issue of Indie Slate Magazine.
20 Something is a documentary film that follows life stories of a few young people in their early 20's.  Travelling "on Trains from city to city to get these stories told" director, Lanze Spears gets these people to tell their life stories and how they are trying to fit in with the community.

First of all I must say, I'm glad that Lanze asked me to review this film because this is one of the best indie film's I've seen so far. It's not just brilliant, it's also very inspiring, especially for people in their 20's. I know this because I'm also in that age where I have no idea about the hell I'm doing. "20 Something" just explains that and details the struggle of these people's lives, how they are perusing their dreams in between harsh times.

If you're in 20's, you should definitely see this film because that's only they you would understand that you are not the only one who's struggling to make their dreams come true.
Other than few seconds of sound distortion, this film has nothing bad worth mentioning. Although, I do wish he used a little less filters on shooting the film. But, it doesn't really affect the quality of the content and some would actually find it to add a little beauty to the film.

Lanze received a lot of good responses from the audience for this film, which motivated him to shoot the second film, "20 Something New York" that follows stories of female dancers. I haven't seen that film, but from the looks of the trailer, it looks as good as this one.
20 Something is now available on Amazon.com and the director, Lanze also plans to release this film online to let everyone watch it for free, soon. You can check out the trailer after the break.
