13-year-old gospel singer Amani Gracious alias Amani G has opened up about performance in Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) and her aspirations in life.For starters, Amani G became internet sensation after her cover of Alicia Keys’ song ‘Girl On Fire’ went viral. The American singer responded to give her a pat on the back.Amani G didn’t reveal the exact mark she attained in the 2018 KCPE exams, but she says that her performance was above average.

Amani GAmani G has made great strides in music after releasing three gospel songs in five months. The young gospel singer is now set to release her first EP on December 12th.She spoke about what inspired her to start singing saying that;“It was before I started school, I was just a little girl. I was brought up in a musical home and everyone in our house sings. The speakers used to be placed under my bed and we would only sleep when it was on. I was nine years old when I performed before a big crowd in our church. Since then, I have performed at a show in Two River’s Mall, Kid’s Festival as well as in KICC.”
