We all know that having healthy breakfast is very important to start the day. Skipping the breakfast is not good for the health. But sometimes, you have less time to prepare breakfast in the morning or sometimes people do not want to cook first thing in the morning. It’s a big challenge to find healthy breakfast which does not require cooking. However, with a few changes you can make tasty and healthy no cook recipes for breakfast.

  • Fruit smoothie-Fruit is a healthy food rich in vitamin. Make a fruit smoothie for breakfast, as everyone loves it. To prepare a smoothie, add yogurt and honey with your favorite fruit and blend it until it becomes smooth. Strawberry, banana, mango or pineapple is some of the options. You can also 1add oats, which helps to lower the cholesterol and it boosts the immune system. It provides protein, fiber and vitamin c.
  • Yogurt parfait-Yogurt is good for your health. It keeps the digestive system healthy. Add a layer of yogurt in a cup and put slices of your favorite fruit. Then sprinkle some nuts over it and add some yogurt again. Your healthy breakfast is ready to eat.
  • Cottage cheese- Cottage cheese is a delicious and rich in protein. Use cheese as toppings. Take a toasted English muffin and spread the low fat cheese over it. If you want more heavy breakfast, then fill the tortilla with avocado and cottage cheese.
  • Plain doughnut with chocolate milk-Instead of a bakery muffin, eat doughnuts. As muffins have large calories around 500 than a doughnut, which has only 280 calories. With this have a handful of almonds or dry fruits, which adds fiber. Have a low fat chocolate milk instead of coffee. You will get protein through milk.

  • Cereal sundae-A bowl of bran flakes, which are rich in fiber with low fat milk is the healthiest and perfect breakfast in the morning. You can add yogurt or vanilla instead of the milk and mix it in a container. To get fiber and vitamins, add fresh or dried fruit and nuts.
  • Cranberry Muesli-It is a combination of yogurt, nuts, fruits and grains, which are soaked overnight.
  • Strawberry shake-With a 1 cup of cow milk or soy milk, add strawberry or vanilla instant powder. Add protein powder and frozen banana or strawberry, which provides you fiber. Then blend the mixture.
  • Smoked salmon bagel-Toast the bagel and spread some cheese. Then add salmon, cucumber and avocado. Lastly add black pepper and olive.
