I'm started the day off in a hotel with a kitchenette and I had stocked up on some supplies. Breakfast was oatmeal with a little peanut butter (a 3/4s ounce individual portion container), some blueberries and a low-fat yogurt. I had various snacks throughout the day – two bananas, some baby carrots, and a protein bar. I had a two and a half hour drive home and had both the banana and the protein bar during the drive. Chugged a couple bottles of water too.
I really wanted to do a 6-inch sub for lunch but I was super hungry and went for the foot-long. I had a 12" veggie sub from subway with spicy mustard, lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, jalapeños, extra cucumbers, spinach and salt and pepper. No cheese, mayo or olive oil. Compare this to the 12" tuna on wheat I had last week when I wasn't focused. I added cheese and oil. And chips. Today I had apple slices and added a yogurt. Same exact sandwich I had yesterday. I can be boring that way.
By the time I got home I had missed dinner so I made myself a little walking taco leftovers – handful of Doritos, taco meat, a little shredded cheese, lettuce and salsa. And since I had some Sinless Margarita Mix left I made a margarita for myself. Forgot to salt the rim again, darn it. Hey Sinless Cocktails, if you are listening, I think I need more samples to form a better opinion.
So that's Day Two in my never-ending quest to bag a #7daychip and get back on track.
