“I Have Lost 91 Lbs and Kept It Off for a Year and a Half”

By Dietdoctor @DietDoctor1

Jennifer used to hide away at home and didn't want anyone to see her. Now sha has a successfull Instagram page and loves helping people out on the low carb high fat journey:

Hello, and thank you for letting me write my success story on your wonderful and truly inspiring page.

My name is Jennifer and I have lost 91 lbs and kept it off for a year and a half thanks to a low-carb high-fat lifestyle, without having to count my calories or weigh anything. I just eat mindfully and stop when I'm full.

I've tried every diet out there and the only diet that agrees with me is LCHF

When i was 91 Ibs heavier I was in a bad place, I didn't want anyone to see me, I used to hide away at home, my husband used to have to take the kids to school as I didn't want the parents looking at me and judging me. I've tried every diet out there and the only diet that agrees with me is LCHF, high-carb diets gave me spots, weight gain, mood swings, depression, anxiety, weight gain, addiction to food. You name it, I had it, the list went on and on.

I document all my weight loss journey and my maintenance on my successful Instagram page. I'm called healthy_girl_jen and I would love it if you would take a look as I put so much effort into it and love helping people out on this low-carb high-fat journey.

Thank you so much Andreas, for this wonderful web site you have created. It's so helpful and I tell everyone I know to go on it.
