Zoya - Stevie

By Marijonails @marijonails
Hi fellow nail polish lovers!!
I know what you thought when you saw the title of this post, well if you've seen Stevie before.  "What? A textured polish on Marisa's blog?" Well you're seeing right.  And that's partially because this week's Twinsie Tuesday theme is textured nails.  I went for the ONLY textured polish in my stash, which I received from Lakeisha.
Stevie is a lovely lavender packed with gorgeous silver microglitter.  As with all Pixie Dust polishes, it dries to a matte, sandy finish.  It applied really well and was opaque in two coats.

I actually really like the way this polish looks.  I think it has a lot to do with the color. It's sooo pretty.  However, though I didn't hate it, I just needed that glossy finish, so I added top coat to see how it would look.

I was in love with the glossy version even more.  Look at how the silver glitter just sparkles! I'm so glad to have this polish though.  I plan to experiment with it in the future.
What do you think of Stevie?  Are you into textured polish?
Don't forget to check out the other twinsies to see their textured nails!
