Zooey Deschanel leads a charmed life. She has a super successful sitcom and is expecting her first baby soon. There were rumours Fox (network) might give New Girl the old boot to make way for new series, but, it was recently announced that New Girl will continue but after a longer hiatus. Amongst all this Zooey has decided to put her Hollywood Hills Ranch house for sale. Her family is growing so that might be the reason why she is selling. (As why would you otherwise, the house is stunning). Zooey bought the house from fellow thespian Mark Ruffalo a few years ago. The ranch style house is very traditional. The only thing I am not too keen on are the beams in the living room area (I have never liked beam ceilings). But the rest of the house is so comfy and cosy I would like to move straight in! I would need 2.1 million dollars to do so, but… I can dream!
