Zoe’s Popsicle Stick Creation

Every six weeks or so I change to a new session of afterschool art classes. It finally dawned on me that if many of my kids were finishing their drawing projects early to go and experiment with my boxes of leftover things, maybe what they needed were more options to just plain build stuff. Hence, my new “Popsicle Stick Craft Class” where an ambitious 3rd grader, Zoe O., made this today. I love it, and think she planned to next cut out animals to go inside.
