We may be approach the deep pits of winter, but YACHT are as breezy as a day at the beach on their new track “Second Summer.” A tinkering disco track with a pulsing synth beat, “Second Summer” just gets better as it goes on. It even asks the question, “Can you stand by your man as the shit hits the fan?” Geez, I hope so! I’m also hoping that these guys will have more good stuff to offer in 2013. But until then, go ahead and have a listen– brighten your dull, gray winter’s day.
