YA Books Set in England #ArmchairBEA

By Joyweesemoll @joyweesemoll

Armchair BEA LogoThe second topic for Armchair BEA today is Young Adult literature.

I’m reading lots of books about or set in England this year in advance of a trip in the fall. I compiled my latest TBR list earlier this week. Between those, however, I’m likely to slip in some books that are just for fun — most fun would be YA books set in England.

Here are some I’ve read. Can you help me add to this list?

Shades of London series (The Name of the Star and The Madness Underneath) by Maureen Johnson

Finishing School series (Ettiquette & Espionage and Curtsies & Conspiracies) by Gail Carriger

Code Name Verity by Elizabeth Wein

The Statistical Probability of Love at First Sight by Jennifer E. Smith

Dark Mirror by M.J. Putney (I’ve read book 2 in this series, Dark Passage, but just realized that I have yet to read book 3, Dark Destiny)

Sequins, Secrets, and Silver Linings by Sophia Bennett

What am I missing?

I’ll also link this post to British Isles Friday, which was my first Armchair BEA post today about the interchanges of travel, books, and blogs on the web. Check out our link party for other posts set in the British Isles.
