This drink can also offer a lot of health advantages as it is replete with antioxidants, tannins and polyphenols.
  • Sangria-Sangria is a well known cocktail and is known for little bits of fruits floating on the top of the drink. But, at the same time, this cocktail is made by adding a lot of sugars that makes the cocktail quite high in calories. Besides red or white wine, this cocktail also has added fruit juices, table sugars, simple syrups and more making this drink quite high in calories. Sweeteners can be skipped to make a reasonable calorie drink. Fresh fruits like blackberries or raspberries can be added to the drink making it tastier while skipping sugars altogether.

  • Frozen Daiquiri-This fruity, sweet tasting cocktail is another sin people love to indulge in once in a while, especially to beat summer heat. While doing so, they either ignore or are not aware that they are packing in a lot of calories that is sure to work on their waistline by extending it further.
