Today, I decided to start with simple glitter. I lined my eyes with a black eyeliner and added a glitter liner on top. This is a very simple way to add some glitter to the eyes!

Today, was another simple glitter look. I just added a pop of glitter to the center of the lid. This is definitely a subtle glitter look.

I received the Hynt Beauty Pressed Eye Shadow and lip gloss last week. I couldn’t wait to try them because I had never heard of Hynt Beauty. I love trying companies that are not well known because you can really find some hidden gems. The pressed eye shadow is definitely my favorite. It is really pigmented and blends like a dream. It is a bit powdery but that is expected with a pressed eye shadow. The linen kiss shade is such a perfect brow bone color. It is completely matte and really highlights the brow bone. It feels like silk and I will be using this color every single day for my brow bone highlight. It is amazing and I definitely need to pick up more shades.

I was unsure how I was going to like the lip gloss because it isn’t a color I normally wear. However, I love it. It gives a subtle metallic look to the lips. It is very hydrating and barely feels like I am wearing anything. The formula is awesome and it last for a very long time on the lips. It is so easy to use and I could apply it without a mirror.

I took time off from glitter and makeup. I just really wanted to let my skin breathe today. I believe it is so important to give your skin a break every once and awhile.

How was everyone’s week? I would love to hear what all you did this week! I worked (of course) and have been finishing up a bunch of drafts. This week was kinda a BLEH week for me. It rained and snowed most days. I am beyond ready for spring to get here and I wish the weather would make up its mind.
