On March 1st, I attend La Paulée Off Grid, A Tasting of Burgundy’s Hidden Gems, at Bluxome Street Winery, where some of the country’s top sommeliers pour out over seventy-five ‘off grid’, affordable Burgundy wines from up-and-coming winemakers, paired with bites from San Francisco’s trendiest restaurants, including Marlowe, Hillside Supper Club, Commonwealth, Del Monte Meat, and Salt House.
