Winter Gardening Update!

By Sophies Foodie

Yesterday, I biked to our allotment. I needed to cut away many black kale leaves for our vegan kale pasta dinner that we were going to eat. I will give you a winter update.

We have pulled up a lot of Jerusalem artichokes. One plant out of the 6, already gave us + 4 kg! Ooh yes. We dug up another plant, it also gave us + 4 kg! The rest of them is still in the ground. I know that we are going to leave a few of them for getting new plants later in the year. You know that we have made a plastic barrière for them before planting.
