Today’s song deals with insecurity about a relationship. Maybe you can’t believe you found love, that it’s too good to be true. Maybe you’re someone who finds yourself constantly worrying for no reason. Maybe you’re just afraid of losing them. Whatever the reason is, you ask yourself, Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow? All you can do is hope they will…

Will You Love Me Tomorrow (also known as Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow) was released as a single in November of 1960 from the album, Tonight’s the Night. The lyrics were written by Carole King and Gerry Goffin who also wrote several songs for The Monkees.

It went to #1 on Billboard’s Hot 100 in 1961 and is notable for being the first single to do so by an all-girl group. Rolling Stone magazine rated in #126 on their list of their 500 Greatest Songs of All Time. It has been covered by numerous artists including Ben E. King, Cher, Linda Ronstadt, Bryan Ferry, and Debbie Gibson among others.
