Wider is Better

In this case, wider pant legs are better. You can do this look with a high or low rise. I do advise against the bell-bottom. Just because you might still have a pair of wide legged jeans in your closet that have a tight thigh, does NOT make this work. Please just leave them hung up and spare us the embarrassment.
Make sure to pair with a tighter cropped tee, so not to look like a bum.
