Why Your Sleep Sucks And What To Do About It

Happy Friday Adventurers!

Do you sleep like a log?

Do you toss and turn during the night?

When you wake up, do you look like The Phantom of The Opera? Tired and haggard?



I never thought sleep was really THAT important until I had the latest breakdown.

You read that right.

You see, I have been silently beating up my body by staying up past 10:30 p.m. or even over. I would then wake up at 4:20 a.m. to have personal development time (e.g. doing my daily success habits).

I would do this day in and day out. I didn’t think nothing of it.


I started to notice that I was getting REALLY irritable and very sleepy.

So I decide to track my sleeping habits. Yup. I’m getting all Reed Richards on sleep, right?

Thank God that I had a three day vacation the day before I tested. You know what I found?

When I slept and woke up the next morning, I had tracked that I slept a whooping 9 hours! ☉_☉

From that point one, I have tracked my sleep and make sure I stay with the 7 to 8 hours zone. There are days where I miss and get 6 hours. No more staying up late for me though. Homey don’t play that.
