Why Writing is Difficult?

Writing is difficult because you can’t use any word that comes to your mind. It could mean something else to someone and so you have to be particular about what words you use when you are thinking to write for everyone in general.
Here are our encounters: »  Learnt or Learned »  Advice or Advise »  Humor or Humour »  Human ResourcesMgmt or Human Resource Mgmt »  Career Adviser or Career Advisor »  And there are many more...Most of these words have to do with American English and the UK English. People also say it is the American convention versus what’s in use by the rest of the world.As a blogger we write for people across the globe and so we avoid sticking to one convention. We look for synonyms or we change the sentence. Many times we altogether avoid using such words. Writing takes a turn when people write the same word in different ways in the same language.
