I always wonder why so many young people love YouTubers. Scratch that idolise them. They're just people living on a career which could shatter someday then they'll be forced into getting a full-time job which require hard work. I hear so many YouTubers moaning about how hard their job is. It really isn't though. Think about it, record, edit, upload, going to events. They may spend hours doing production work but they forget work is work. It's supposed to be 'hard'. Why do it if all do is bad mouth it? YouTubers are the pretty plastic faces of the internet. The likes of Zoella, Joe, Alfie and so many to list. When have you ever seen a disadvantaged YouTube star which comes from a family just scraping by get big? They just made it with what they had, money and materialistic possessions. We all know YouTubers mostly have fake personalities different to who they really are? You seen 10 minutes of their vlog. You don't see their true colours shine. They can crop out all their nastiness and be viewed as role models for all the shiny and innocent snippets.I don't know why they have a huge fan base. They are just normal people who are YouTube's advertisement and take advantage of the brand. Brutally speaking, since when do they really care about their fans? All they truly care about is the money they make off google, books and merchandise.I'm not slamming YouTuber's, I just don't understand why young people look up to them. They're just people who exploit themselves for the enjoyment of others. We only see their life through a camera lens which doesn't count for their everyday life. This is my true feeling towards the YouTube community which can be disagreed with. This is just my cynical opinion.
