White Dipped Decor

By Adrienne Boswell @chiccalifornia1

How's the post holiday organizing and decluttering going? If you're like me, you've been on a roll getting rid of all the old stuff that just doesn't spark joy. This time of year is great for decluttering closets but also taking inventory of your current decor and simplifying. Decluttered displays in your home feel fresh this time of year. I've noticed a major trend happening right now in home decor that fits this paired down vibe. I'm not sure the real name of it (or if there is a name for it) but I'm calling it white dipped decor.

I've been thinking about purchasing a similar white dipped vase to the one I've been holding for some time now. I love the white painted bottom and it's the perfect style to compliment my simple winter decor. Then it dawned on me that I already have a plain vase that I could DIY.

I've documented the process on my IG stories and saved them in my highlights under White Dipped Vase. You can find that HERE.

If you don't have a plain glass vase I've linked a few for you here along with my favorite spray paint.

I've also gathered up some of my favorite white dipped decor items that are perfect for this season. The white dip is perfect for winter and most items include some sort of natural element like wood or jute or seagrass. These are great pieces to display alone or you can add some winter cozy with candles or blankets.

You can shop these perfectly dipped decor items by clicking on the picture of the item. But there are so many more items I wasn't able to link up. Places like Homegoods and Hobby Lobby have lots of these pretty pieces at great prices.
