When You Need Bb Guns at the Gym

greetings friends!!! Can you believe it’s Friday?!?! I sure can’t. This day could not come soon enough. I’m ready for a few days off work and a whole lotta fun.

Last night I went to the gym crazy late… Like, creeper late. I kinda freaked out and wished I’d taken a bb gun with me or something. But you gotta get that fitness in no matter what the potential consequences, right? 

This guy kept walking by the gym windows and peeping in… I was ready to go all Jackie Chan on his @$$! No joke!

Just look at that awesome sauce. I did 60 minutes on the cybex glider for a grand total of ~770 calories burnt. I feel like I need a t-shirt that says yes I’m a beast, and I know it!. Haha. How great would that be?

A little progress shot for the Twisted Bikini. It’s been exactly 2 weeks since I started my little bikini challenge and I can already tell a difference. My body is more toned. I haven’t lost any weight, but my pants fit better, my little muffin top is a little less muffin-y, and I think I look a lot more proportioned. This is why I LOVE strength and cardio, I see pretty fast results when I’m not focused only on the number on the scale.

I’ve dubbed the mirror my new scale.

I had my burrito-a-week!

We went to this little taqueria called Guadalajara Grill. I’d never been there before so I was hesitant. I don’t like potential burrito ruining decisions, like trying new taquerias…

This burrito was the bee’s knees! I had the chicken which had rice, beans, cilantro, and salsa in it. I’m definitely going to beg my coworkers to go back. 

Last night I had two heaping bowls of chicken tortilla soup with crunched tortilla chips on top. It was the perfect pre gym fuel.
