What You Don't Know About Me
I like you guys. I really do. I enjoy sharing my life and telling all of my stories. I’m pretty transparent on this blog and that’s the way I always intended to be. Without meaning to, I’ve never shared a couple things with you, which obviously means I need to tell you right now!Some things you probably don’t know about me.
+ I love sleeping in the car. I love finding that sweet spot in the seat and placing my face against the window to get all the heat possible and just dosing off into dreamland. To be clear, I’m not driving and napping. That’s irresponsible.
+ I’m embarrassed about this one, but last week I made my dogs their on instagram profile. Jared and I were at the Popeye's drive thru and I was telling Jared about all the dogs I follow on instagram and how happy the constant stream of dog photos makes me. Then I had this bright idea, that Shia and Indie could make other people happy and with that I made them their own profile. It's been way too fun for me.
+ Usually I drink a big glass of water before bed. Then in the morning my alarm goes off. I normally have to pee, so I'll hobble out of bed and go pee. Instead of starting my day since I'm up, I crawl back into bed and sleep for another 20 minutes or so.
+ I really love fruity pebbles. I have these Fruity Pebble cereal bars, well had, they’re gone now, because I ate 4 in one sitting and then came back and ate another 2. Delicious.
+ There is this one cross walk that I cross to get from my work to my car. Homeless people always gather at that corner and usually shout out you. Not beg, they shout. It scares me, so I always take out my phone and pretend to talk on it while I'm crossing. For some reason that makes me feel more secure and less terrified.
+ I have the itch. We've been remodeling the Sandy House to sell and that makes me want to remodel our home. We've done tons of work to our house; put in hardwood floors, took out a wall, stained the cabinets in the kitchen, put up a backsplash and lots of painting. Right now I have another wall I want to take out and we want to re-do our master bath!
+ I really love iguana’s. From the time I was 8-18 I always had iguanas. Weezy was my favorite though, she was so chill. She even had a leash and I’d tie her to the tree and she would sunbathe on the branches while I washed my car. When we were inside she’d sit on the coffee table and hang out while I watched TV and did homework. When she died I was a wreck, I didn't go to school for 2 or 3 days and all my friends came over and we held a funeral and buried her. My friends were so supportive.
