What’s In My Little Black Bag: New Year, New Stuff
A New Year means new stuff! Well at least that’s how I justify my recent purchases. It’s something about the beginning of the year that makes me want to shop. Now that I think about it, the sun rising in the morning makes me want to shop.
One of my first purchases I received this year is a new box from the website Little Black Bag. I’ve blogged about the site before and I also did a video about my first box from them. To wrap things up in a nutshell Little Black Bag offers merchandise from Steve Madden, Betsey Johnson, Deux Lux, and a host of other brands. You pick one item and the stylist (I guess that’s what you call it) picks out 2 other items for you. You then get to trade items with other shoppers for 7 days. The price of the bag is $49.95 plus $4.95 shipping and your bag normally retails for $100.00 and up.
The main reason I decided to open a bag right before Christmas was the fact that they had a great promotion that added extra items to my bag. I love freebie so I opened my bag and decided to share what I received.

I am relatively new to the brand Deux Lux. I have seen their handbags and accessories in Nordstrom but never paid much attention to them until Little Black Bag and of course Oprah’s Favorite Things of 2012. I absolutely adore the cross body purse I received and carried it all weekend while I was out and about. Oprah featured the Anais Weekender on her 2012 favorites list.
