Prescription drugs. They account for 58% of all deaths from allergic reaction actually.
When you think of allergic reaction you tend to think of peanut allergy, bee stings or shell fish – anaphylactic shock and the like. These things only actually account for 6.7% of the total deaths from allergic reaction.
The most common drug to cause an allergic reaction is antibiotics, followed by radio-contract agents for diagnostic images. The third most likely is chemotherapy drugs.
In the last 10 years death rates from medicines have doubled.

Medical system – use at your own risk. Of course it has its benefits and can do a lot of good! But let’s not be so reliant on it for our general health. That’s in our own hands.
