It doesn't need to be Cinco de Mayo for you to enjoy this incredibly tasty and healthy snack that you can whip up in minutes! Known as a "raw snack," it allows for the body to take in more nutrients from the food instead of losing it when you're processing it or cooking it. This particular yummy treat is very popular to pair with Spanish food, but you can just eat it alone or with just about any meal.

Known as Chocomole, or a chocolate avocado pudding mix, it is actually much tastier than you might think. The flavors mix together to make something that tastes very similar to store bought chocolate pudding. What kind of benefits can you see in Chocomole?

  • The entire recipe is vegan, dairy free, and only uses natural sweeteners instead of processed sugars and other processed ingredients. This can be one of the healthiest snacks you can make in two minutes!

  • One avocado
  • Three tablespoons of raw cacao powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup or agave
  • One teaspoon of cinnamon
  • Two tablespoons of milk alternative, such as soy.

Then all you need to do is combine everything in a food processor and blender, blend until smooth and dig in!
