I hope everyone has had a fabulous weekend so far.
We partied it up at our cities St. Patrick’s Day Parade yesterday!
We pretty much had to keep Joseph on our shoulders at all times or he would hit the ground running right into the parade..
I know I haven’t posted a weekly workout schedule in a few weeks, and I’m sorry! I promise I will try my best to not let that happen again!

Monday
Work off the St. Patty’s Day celebrations with with this boot camp workout.
Tuesday
I ordered a Pure Barre DVD awhile back and have been doing it in between my intense workouts. The DVD’s aren’t as good as a real class, but great for a low- impact workout, which is exactly what I need on those days. I will probably order a couple more.
Wednesday
25 minutes of intervals on the the treadmill and my boot camp pyramid workout, which I have been loving lately!
Thursday
Something low- impact, taking Joseph to the park or go for a bike ride.
Friday
Gettin’ the booty ready for spring..
Saturday
Work your arms and abs, along with getting your cardio on with this workout.
Sunday
Relax and enjoy your hard work!
